These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Clarity Window Washing & Home Improvement. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to them.

Pricing

Damian looks at the actual job in person before giving you a price — we do not price work sight-unseen. The price he gives you is the price for the work as it stands that day. If something discovered once work is under way changes the scope, we will discuss it and agree any change with you before going further.

Scheduling & access

Scheduled work requires reasonable access to the work area and, for exterior work, workable weather. If a visit needs to be rescheduled, please give us as much notice as you can — we will do the same.

Payment

Payment terms are as stated when the work is agreed or on your invoice. Invoices are due as stated on their face.

Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, tell us and we will put it right. Any warranty terms applicable to your job will be stated when the work is agreed.

All content on this website belongs to Clarity Window Washing & Home Improvement and may not be reused without permission. The before-and-after photographs on this site are of our own jobs.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
